84.179.188.205: inserted the abbreviation (QR) so this article can be found by searching (QR).

The queue rank (QR) is the possition in which a client is in the upload queue of another client. Clients which are downloading from the client are given queue rank 0. From there, the higher the queue rank value is, the longer it will take to get an upload slot on that client.

If the queue of the remote client is full when you attempt to join it, your client will be given a Queue is full rank and will be inmediately dropped from that client's queue.
