This page seems redundant and incomplete to me, because it just links to a port testing page in aMule site.
The style may be improved being more explicit in the links, instead just naming "this link".

I am just a beginer unable to fix this article correctly.

My intuition tells me this article should be changed by other named:
why how-to test ports
that may allow the cross referencing rol between Low ID/High ID/Firewall/Ports and what ever.
